Driving all the way from Florida with some friends, Woodward West staff member David Kahn has been visiting Woodward Camps for several years. Last weekend, San Francisco hosted the 5th annual AT Showdown. It the last major MTB jump event of the year. Athletes from Canada, areas of Europe, and all over the US came over to be part of this event. New for 2013: the AT Showdown hosted an amateur dirt jump contest that took place on Sunday right before Pro Best Trick. Jake Kinney had the pleasure of announcing the amateur contest, he said, "I got to see so many MTB riders pushing so hard for themselves and the crowd. We had a handful of Woodward West MTB campers come and ride in the event, even one of our own campers, Shane Trento took first place."
